Which devices are compatible?

You can use all common devices: Android boxes (Formuler, MAG, Mi Box), Amazon Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Laptop/PC and smartphones (Android and iOS).

Which app is recommended?

We recommend the IBO Player app. It offers excellent quality, a user-friendly interface, and easy setup on all devices.

Which devices can I use?

Each subscription includes one device connection. Contact our support if you need additional connections.

Technical Questions

How fast does my internet need to be?

For Full HD content, we recommend at least 16 to 32 Mbps. For 4K streaming, at least 50 Mbps should be available.

Do I need a VPN?

Generally, no VPN is needed. However, in some cases a VPN may be necessary to bypass regional restrictions.

Is my Fire TV Stick suitable for IPTV?

Yes, you can use your Fire TV Stick. For the best quality, we recommend a dedicated Android box. Visit our setup page for instructions.

How quickly is my access activated?

With credit card and crypto payments, your access is automatically created and delivered within minutes.

Can I cancel my subscription?
