NixTream provides an IPTV streaming service that offers access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content. The service is delivered over the internet and requires a compatible application (IBO Player) and a stable internet connection.

3. Contract Formation

By ordering a subscription through our website, a contract is formed between you and NixTream. The contract begins with the activation of your access and ends at the expiry of the chosen term.

4. Prices and Payment

Current prices are available on our pricing page. All prices are in Euros. We accept credit cards and cryptocurrency payments. Payment is due before service activation.

5. Usage Rights

  • Each subscription is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Sharing login credentials with third parties is not permitted.
  • Each subscription entitles the use on one device simultaneously.
  • Recording, copying or redistributing content is prohibited.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7. Due to the nature of the internet and technical infrastructure, 100% availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Termination

Subscriptions automatically expire after the chosen term without automatic renewal. Early termination is possible but does not entitle a proportional refund unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

NixTream is not liable for interruptions or quality degradation attributable to internet connection issues, device compatibility or factors outside our control.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
